In addition to fast charging of the cell phone, the snap-in adapter ensures safe and stable storage. The inductive coupling of the external aerial ensures optimum network reception - even in areas with poor network coverage. The new snap-in adapter for the iPhone 7 supports the classic telephony function and can therefore be used in all vehicles without ConnectedDrive realignment (S6ANS) and without a music interface for smartphones (S6ANF). In addition, all comfort telephony functions including entertainment and apps (only in conjunction with S6ANR "BMW Apps") work with this snap-in adapter in vehicles with S6ANS. -Good connections: The snap-in adapter connects the phone to the vehicle's external aerial. This ensures the best possible network reception, especially in areas with poor network coverage. The connection to the external aerial reduces radiation in the vehicle interior.
