As an absolute novelty in the automotive industry, MINI offers color worlds (characters) for the accessory products of the new MINI. All accessories are coordinated with each other and are each available in three characters. A visually ingenious concept with which you can immediately recognize your personal MINI not only from the inside but also from the outside. The three characters offer MINI styling for every taste. VIVID GREEN is the design line with pure, strong colors, young and bold but not fast-paced. The color selection is based on international fashion trends. BLUE is aimed at a more tradition-conscious target group that likes to think fresh. Classically elegant shapes with leather elements and a balance of cool and warm colors dominate here. The focus is on the basic colors from the British flag, especially blue - one of MINI's original hues. The design interprets the British look in a modern and sporty way. JOHN COOPER WORKS PRO builds on the well-known John Cooper Works design and makes it available for MINI accessory products. The sporty color mix of mainly black and red tones is a clear commitment to power and performance. Let the characters shine: The new LED door sill trims are the eye-catcher in every new MINI. Backlit with highly efficient LEDs, the MINI logo or lettering (depending on variant) is highly visible in dark surroundings. But the lettering and the high-gloss color surface are also clearly visible in daylight. The illuminated door sill trims for the new MINI are available in the following four variants: VIVID GREEN, BLUE, JOHN COOPER WORKS PRO or Union Jack. This makes getting into the car an experience in itself. The door sill trim is attached with four (F56, F57) clips, which are glued to the original door sill trim. This makes changing the battery particularly easy. -Wireless illumination: The LED door sill trim is the first illuminated door sill trim from MINI to be operated wirelessly. Battery operation and a magnetic switch mean that wiring and connection to the on-board electrical system are no longer necessary. The attractive, high-quality design enhances the entrance area of the vehicle. The colorful door sill trims are an eye-catcher and allow you to immerse yourself in the new world of color. The door sill trims are made of plastic and have a scratch-resistant coating. Energy-efficient and long-lasting: the modern LED technology is very energy-saving. The battery lasts up to three years and is very easy to replace. -Particularly easy to install: it takes just 15 minutes to fit both entry strips. Functionality -The LED door sill trims serve to protect the sill trim in the door sill area of the MINI. The illuminated door sill trims offer an attractive, colorful addition to the standard system. -The energy- and light-efficient LED technology with bright white light illuminates the door sill area. -An intelligent magnetic switch switches the light panel on when the door is opened and off again when the door is closed or after approx. 30 seconds. -The two button cells have a service life of approx. three years.
