PROFILINE SP 06-02

Description

The silicone-free sanding paste with a high abrasive content is ideal for sanding off weathered and scratched paint layers. It removes etching caused by bird droppings, insects and tree resin in the paintwork. SONAX PROFILINE SP 06-02 can be used for all types and colors of paint. The paste removes dust inclusions, paint mist and sanding marks and is ideal for restoring weathered and scratched paintwork. The product ensures a high removal rate with a medium gloss effect and even removes sanding marks from P1200 sandpaper. Application: -Shake bottle well before use. -Apply the product to the SONAX lambswool pad or the SONAX hard foam pad -Polishing process phase 1: Pressure: 5-10 kg - Speed: 800 rpm - Time: 30 seconds -Polishing process phase 2: Pressure: 1-2 kg - Speed: 1200 rpm - Time: 60 seconds -Then apply new product to the pad and carry out another polishing cycle. -The times given refer to one polishing pass on a surface of approx. 1 square meter of average hard paint. Remove residues with SONAX microfiber cloth ultra-fine or wet with a sponge or water jet. -For the finish, a subsequent treatment with SONAX PROFILINE FS 05-04 and SONAX PROFILINE NP 03-06 is recommended. -Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad.
