Description

The innovative polish with high sanding performance was specially developed for the rapid removal of imperfections such as dust inclusions, paint mist and sanding marks after refinishing. It ensures a high removal rate with a high gloss level and can be used for a long time with excellent wipe-off behavior. The polish is ideally suited for polishing sanded areas. It removes sanding marks from P1500 sandpaper. It can also be applied with an eccentric machine if the scratch condition allows this or if the sanded areas are positioned according to P2000 or finer. Application: -If necessary, first sand the paint with P1500 grit sandpaper (or finer). Use a speed-adjustable rotary polishing machine with SONAX foam pad hard or SONAX foam pad medium. -Machines can be slightly tilted at the beginning. -Then lay the pad flat and carry out several short polishing passes, especially on fresh paint. Wipe off polish residues with SONAX microfiber cloth ultra-fine. -Optionally and depending on the color tone, polish to a perfect high gloss with SONAX PROFILINE Perfectfinish. -Do not overheat the polishing area. -Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad.
