The PRO tablet holder replaces the previous Rear Seat Entertainment with the permanently installed monitors in the seat. The new Travel & Comfort Entertainment offers you the possibility to use your private tablet in the vehicle, either as a monitor for video enjoyment or as an office device for viewing and editing personal content. The tablet holder PRO is adjustable in different positions with "buttonless" operation and thus also allows the tablet to be tilted and rotated into portrait and landscape format. In combination with the BMW Safety Case (for more information, see following page), a crash-proof option is created for working with the tablet on the move in the vehicle or enjoying movies and streaming offers. The PRO tablet holder is attached to the Travel & Comfort (SA 4FL) optional equipment in the seat backrest or to the separately available base carrier by sliding it in and snapping it into place. The PRO tablet holder can be adjusted to different tablet sizes and the position can be varied depending on the application (Movie or Office Mode). Tested crash safety is only guaranteed in combination with the PRO tablet holder, Original BMW Safety Case and protective film. The Safety Case must be ordered separately. When installing the Travel & Comfort optional equipment (from G05, 11/2018), the basic carrier is no longer required. The components are then anchored directly in the seat. The installation of two accessories in one seat is not permitted. Either one accessory may be installed in the base carrier on the headrest rods or in the seat integration in the backrest. -simple assembly and disassembly without tools -Swiveling and alignment of the tablet possible without controls -stepless tilt adjustment for comfortable use of the on-screen keyboard -secure and stable hold of the tablet in the vehicle -optimal distance to the user, as the tablet holders can also nestle seamlessly against the headrests -easy and uncomplicated use of all tablet functions and features -charging socket, buttons, microphone and loudspeaker freely accessible and usable -Suitable for all BMW vehicles on driver and front passenger seats with headrest bars or special equipment Travel & Comfort Functionality: -Movie Mode: upper position of the tablet for watching movies, photos, etc. -Office Mode: lower position of the tablet for reading and writing e-mails, etc., with adjustable tilt for use of the on-screen keyboard.
