Description
Frostox HT-12 is a hybrid coolant with Si-OAT corrosion protection technology, in which the components of the cooling system (metals, elastomers and plastics) are coated with a thin layer. The coolant sustainably protects all components of the radiator system and thus the engine from corrosion, overheating and frost. Risk of damage! Coolants must not be mixed arbitrarily with one another. In principle, a vehicle must be filled with the coolant with which it was delivered from the factory. Unauthorized mixing can lead to gelation of the coolant and thus to engine damage. The product thus contributes to the maintenance of the engine. It complies with the BMW GROUP specification BMW Lifetime Coolant LC-18. The long-term protection and the functionality over lifetime were secured/validated with all circuits/components. -ice flake point: -37°C -good thermal stability -lifetime product without change interval -in comparison with competitive products, has two corrosion protection technologies - not just one
