HP instrument combination

Description

The weatherproof HP instrument cluster combines the typical BMW displays with a wide range of additional racing-relevant functions, making it a real highlight for all racing enthusiasts. The HP instrument cluster is operated via an additional switch with 2 buttons on the left-hand handlebar control panel: for safety reasons, the INFO and SETUP menus can only be called up when the vehicle is stationary. The "MENU" button (2) is used to move the cursor within the menu. The "SET" button (1) is used to operate the line selected by the cursor. Large, clear digital display Waterproof carbon housing, approx. 20 cm wide (bottom), approx. 11 cm high (center) with a total of four display modes: ROAD mode provides all the information required for operation on public roads: Total distance, daily kilometers 1 + 2, remaining range (display only after the reserve quantity has been reached), clock, stopwatch, gear, speed. In RACE mode, the information important for race track operation is displayed: fastest and current lap time ("Lapmonitor"), fastest and slowest speed ("Speedmonitor"), total race time and number of laps completed. In INFO mode, the information stored in RACE mode for each race lap can be called up: highest engine speed, highest, lowest and average speed, number of gear changes, lap time, lap length, average throttle opening, percentage of time with brake applied. The SETUP mode offers the option of adapting the instrument combination to personal preferences: Selection of lap monitor or speed monitor in RACE mode, settings for shift flash, lap time display duration, brightness, time, reset, etc. eight LEDs, can be used as speed display or shift flash: display of maximum speed at cold start ("speed limiter" in the warm-up phase) In ROAD mode, display of the approach to the red speed range In RACE mode, the LED band acts as a shift light. The speed threshold can be set for each LED. This indicates to the pilot when the optimum shift speed has been reached. Data memory: Data from up to 100 race laps can be recorded. The individual laps are recorded either manually by pressing a button or automatically using the lap timer, which is available as an accessory.
