Emergency Kit with Flashlight

The emergency kit with flashlight for all BMW models includes two safety vests and a flashlight (flashing light). This product significantly increases safety in the event of a breakdown or accident! The flashlight is a yellow-orange warning light that complements the warning triangle located in the vehicle (please observe country-specific laws!). The emergency kit with flashlight typically fits in any glove compartment. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the flashlight should ideally be positioned on the vehicle roof, where it quickly alerts other road users to the location of a hazard, accident, or breakdown. You generally do not need to leave the vehicle to activate and position the Flashlight, which significantly increases the safety of the occupants in moving traffic. Once the Flashlight is positioned on the vehicle roof and activated, and the safety vest is worn, the warning triangle can be set up with significantly improved safety. The compact emergency kit is always within easy reach in the glove compartment in case of a breakdown or emergency. The contents are protected by the bag, preventing the individual components from getting dirty. The kit contains two high-quality safety vests with printed BMW lettering. The safety vests meet all requirements of current legal regulations for personal protective equipment. In addition to their high-visibility fluorescent yellow color, each vest features two reflective strips running around the entire vest and fastens with a Velcro closure. The vests are included in one size: XL. Once activated, the flashlight immediately signals the location of a broken-down or stranded vehicle or the site of an accident. It is quick and easy to use in an emergency and is visible day and night, even from a great distance. Thanks to its magnetic base, it can be quickly positioned and activated on the vehicle roof or any other suitable metal surface on the vehicle. The illumination angle is 360°. The light output is 140 lm / 2000 Kelvin, provided by 12 high-performance LEDs. The Flashlight has an IP protection rating of 54 (resistant to water, dust, and impacts). The standard version (for all markets except Spain) features a Flashlight with a built-in rechargeable battery. The Flashlight comes with two USB charging cables (USB and USB-C), so it can be recharged at any time in the vehicle via a suitable USB port. The battery’s charge level is indicated by colored LEDs. It is recommended to check the battery’s charge level using the indicator LEDs once a quarter and to recharge the battery as needed. The battery can be charged using the included charging cables in any vehicle with a USB or USB-C port. For vehicles without these charging options, the Flashlight must be charged externally.
