Description

BMW 2K PU foam is a two-component polyurethane foam that expands at a ratio of 10:1 and hardens into a solid foam with a closed cell structure. -fast drying/curing time-saving -fluid during expansion -Penetrates and fills hard to reach areas -easy application -low water absorption -can be used in external areas -Can be painted over Functionality: Before screwing on the mixing nozzle, remove the cap from the double cartridge and squeeze out 2C PU foam with the squeeze gun until both components emerge simultaneously. Screw the mixing nozzle onto the cartridge. Discard the first 5 cm of material. Then press 2C PU foam directly into the desired area. After use, dispose of completely empty cartridges together with the mixing nozzle. If the cartridges are not completely empty, only dispose of the mixing nozzles and close the cap again. Application: -for filling openings and cavities during car repairs -to reduce noise The BMW 2K PU foam can be used on all clean and dry surfaces and in all positions. It fills, insulates, seals, is impermeable to air and reduces vibrations. It adheres to almost all surfaces with the exception of silicone, Teflon or surfaces contaminated with grease or oil. After 1.5 - 2.0 minutes, the 2C PU foam has fully expanded and is tack-free. The product is fully cured within 60 minutes.
