Description

The retrofittable alarm system offers additional security for vehicles without a standard anti-theft alarm system. The locks and interior are monitored, effectively protecting the vehicle against break-ins. -Increased theft protection. Start of siren and hazard warning lights in the event of an attempted break-in. -Signaling of the activated anti-theft alarm system by a red LED on the base of the reversing mirror. -Easy to use via the vehicle's own radio remote control. -Optional reduction in vehicle insurance premiums. Functionality: -The alarm system is activated when the vehicle is locked and deactivated when it is opened. -Monitoring of the vehicle locks (doors, tailgate and hood) and the interior. The built-in siren and hazard warning lights start in the event of an attempted break-in. Interior protection and checking the vehicle's tilt sensor can be temporarily deactivated by double-clicking ("Close" function) on the radio remote control. The vehicle locks continue to be monitored. The tilt sensor detects when the vehicle is being towed. If the interior protection is switched off, people or animals may remain inside the vehicle. Switching off the tilt sensor allows the vehicle to be parked in a duplex garage, for example. The functions are reactivated the next time the vehicle is locked.
