Description
The trailer coupling with detachable ball head can be easily mounted and dismounted. When not in use, the ball head is safely stowed in the luggage compartment. Trailer stability control, a system integrated in DSC, is activated by occupying the socket at the rear. Depending on the engine, towing loads of 2,700 kg up to 3,500 kg are possible. Please note that on F86 models, the Smart Opener (SMO) is permanently deactivated after retrofitting the trailer hitch. Furthermore, the towing eye is not included in all models in the course of retrofitting.
