Evolution Link Pipe Set

Description

The Evolution Link Pipe Set expands the Slip-On System to the Evolution System, which consists of a rear slip-on muffler and larger Evolution Link Pipe Tubes with a center muffler. Everything has been designed so that the performance and finish of the complete system are as perfect as its appearance. It is made entirely of titanium. The whole system is designed to provide the best possible exhaust flow. Increases in M4 power and torque are guaranteed with the use of the Slip-On Line System and Evolution Link Pipe Set. Sophisticated engineering has produced a unique sound profile that is distinctly different from that of the standard system, delivering a deep and sporty sound without unwanted harmonics or booming frequencies, close to that of racing. In addition, the sound changes significantly with the flaps open or closed. A control unit for an optimal balance between sportiness and comfort is included and uses a receiver as well as the Sound Remote unit (or smartphone app) to control the flaps. After installing the Akrapovic Evolution Link Pipe Set, a reprogramming of the ECU is required to prevent possible warning signals from the engine control light. Optionally, the downpipe (SS) can be installed. The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) is suitable for the 2014 - 2018 (M3 F80) and 2014 - 2020 (M4 F82 F83) model years.
