The M Performance steering wheel is based on the M leather steering wheel of the M3/M4. It is covered with high-quality Alcantara and stitched with a three-tone seam in the BMW M colors. The steering wheel trim is finished with lacquered carbon, on which an M Performance lettering in chrome is incorporated into the lacquer. The steering wheel has a Motorsport center marking in leather in M Motorsport blue. -Better feel and grip: Alcantara is the perfect material for sports steering wheels. It provides optimum grip on the steering wheel in extreme driving situations and offers a consistently pleasant feel in all temperature conditions. -The trim made of painted carbon has a very noble appearance. Due to the multi-layer paint structure and the subsequent high-gloss polish, the carbon unfolds an unmistakable depth effect. -In general, the steering wheel can be installed in all M3 and M4 vehicles. -When installed with steering wheel heating, the heating function is omitted. The switch for the steering wheel heater remains without function.
