If fleece velour pads are glued to the back of the floor mat, the enclosed Velcro elements serve as their counterparts. Attached to the floor trim, this fastening system ensures that the floor mat is held in place perfectly. If the vehicle already has Velcro plates, these must be replaced with the ones supplied. The footwell must be clear of all objects and other floor mats before inserting the floor mats. The secure fastening and precise fit of the floor mats must be checked each time they are inserted to prevent the mats from slipping while driving.
