The wireless charging tray is a safe, stable storage option for the cell phone and offers wireless charging as well as a connection to the vehicle's external aerial. The wireless charging function (incl. LED charging status indicator) is suitable for all cell phones that support Qi charging technology. The wireless charging tray can be retrofitted in selected vehicles with an existing base plate. -Wireless charging without cables. -The inductive coupling to the external antenna ensures optimum network reception and at the same time reduces radiation in the vehicle interior. -The integrated LED charging status display continuously informs you about the charging process and status of the cell phone in the holder. -The practical design of the cradle provides secure and stable storage of the cell phone. -The wireless charging cradle is perfectly integrated into the vehicle and was developed exclusively for BMW and MINI. Compatibility with information and communication electronics is therefore guaranteed. -No interference with other electronic devices, as the wireless charging tray has been tested and approved for electromagnetic compatibility. Functionality: -The cell phone is pushed into the holder and clamped. -As soon as the cell phone is in place, it is charged wirelessly and a connection to the external antenna is established via a contactless antenna connection (coupling antenna). This guarantees optimum transmission and reception quality. -Due to the different dimensions of the individual cell phones, you must check in advance whether there is sufficient space to use the corresponding device. The cell phone (including case) must not exceed the maximum size of length x width x height, 151 x 74 x 16 mm. As the space available in the center console varies depending on the vehicle model, wider cell phones can also be used if necessary, provided they do not collide with the sides. -Common protective covers, unless they are equipped with a wireless charging function, can block the wireless charging of cell phones.
