The PRO tablet holder replaces the previous Rear Seat Entertainment with the permanently installed monitors in the seat. The new Travel & Comfort Entertainment offers you the option of using your private tablet in the vehicle, either as a monitor for video enjoyment or as an office device for displaying and editing personal content. The PRO tablet holder can be adjusted to various positions with "buttonless" operation, allowing the tablet to be tilted and rotated into portrait or landscape format. In combination with the BMW Safety Case (see next page for more information), this creates a crash-proof option for working on the move with the tablet in the vehicle or enjoying films and streaming services. The PRO tablet holder is attached to the Travel & Comfort (SA 4FL) optional equipment in the seat backrest or to the separately available base carrier by sliding it in and snapping it into place. The PRO tablet holder can be adjusted to different tablet sizes and the position can be varied depending on the application (movie or office mode). Tested crash safety is only guaranteed in combination with the PRO tablet holder, Original BMW Safety Case and protective film. The safety case must be ordered separately. When installing the Travel & Comfort optional equipment (from G05, 11/2018), the basic carrier is no longer required. The components are then anchored directly in the seat. The installation of two accessories in one seat is not permitted.
