Engine Shampoo

Description

Modern driving makes engines work harder, resulting in dirt and sludge that can clog important engine components. This can affect engine performance if dirt and sludge are not completely removed during oil changes. Castrol Engine Shampoo provides pre-treatment prior to oil change with a special cleaning action additive (dispersant) (PCA) that removes engine sludge* and coats dirt particles to allow them to drain freely, leaving the engine clean for the addition of fresh oil. Castrol Engine Shampoo: -is solvent-free and therefore does not damage important oil seals. -contains special additives with cleaning effect (dispersants) (PCA) that help to remove sludge deposits from the metal surfaces of the engine -removes up to 85% of engine sludge* in gasoline engines -Can also be used on passenger car diesel engines -* Based on engine sludge cleaning tests. -You can apply Castrol Engine Shampoo while the car is waiting for its inspection. It is not necessary to go to the lift even before the oil change. Application: -Pour the Engine Shampoo into the old oil. -let the engine idle for 10 minutes -drain the oil. Make sure that the oil filter is also changed -pour the new oil into the engine
