Description
After installing the all-titanium Evolution system, you'll find it hard to tear yourself away from the wheel of your car. The exhaust system is made from Akrapovic's own titanium and consists of dual outlet mufflers with exhaust gas flaps, flow-optimized link pipes and a unique X-shaped casting with resonators. The Evolution system reduces back pressure and gives the M5 more power Without removing the catalytic converter. It improves throttle response and offers a big weight savings.Improved is also the sound: a deep, sporty growl that swells to aggressive roar at high speed, but never drones. The system works flawlessly with the M5's ANC system and so does the flap system, which is controlled via the M5's settings. Rear pipe set (carbon) or the tailpipe set (titanium) is necessary for installation.
