Description
With an Evolution Line titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic, your BMW has even more power, less weight and a deeper, sportier sound. The exhaust system consists of a link pipe with resonators, an X-pipe and a muffler with dual-mode exhaust flap control to reduce back pressure and improve power delivery. The system improves power delivery, especially in the upper and mid-range. The dual-mode flap control produces a deeper but more refined sound in the lower rpm range and a sportier exhaust note in the upper rpm range, with no drone frequencies. -Give the look the final touch with four 100-mm titanium tailpipes. -Further tuning options are offered by the stainless steel high-flow downpipes. -When installing optional Akrapovic aftermarket downpipes with sport catalytic converter for closed-course use only, ECU remapping is mandatory. When installing an Akrapovic aftermarket downpipe designed for closed course use, ECU remapping is recommended to prevent the possible engine warning light from coming on. -The Tail Pipe Tailpipe Set (Titanium) is required for installation. The system is suitable for vehicles with year of manufacture 2009 - 2014.
