Roof rack

Description

Original BMW roof rack for the new 5 Series Sedan and the new M5 Sedan. Not suitable for vehicles with carbon roof. To make installation easier, you should install the roof bars with a second person. The roof rack is optimized for the use of BMW attachments (e.g. roof box, ski holder, surfboard holder and bicycle holder). The system meets many higher safety requirements compared to the competition. The simulated impact speeds are significantly higher than the market standard. The roof rack must be removed before visiting a car wash! High-quality, attractive design perfectly matched to the vehicle. -Aero profile with higher profile rigidity. -Integrated cover strip. -High-quality torque click tool. -Weight: approx. 7.0 kg -maximum roof load G60: 75 kg Functionality -Torque tool with automatic torque limiter. -Width adjustment easily accessible from above. -The integrated cover strip disappears when the attachments are fitted and does not need to be fitted separately. -Aero profile optimized for wind noise and air resistance. -Roof duct protectors already pre-assembled on the steel base. -Position of the bracket stamped into the steel base. Safety note: -The total load (base carrier + attachments + payload = existing roof load) must not be exceeded. -The permissible roof load can be found in the operating instructions for the respective vehicle. -The former roof rack of the G60 (82 71 5 A4E 764) is not suitable for vehicles with a carbon roof.
