The BMW Performance air intake system has no influence on the emission behavior and is included in the EC type approval of the vehicle from 09/2008. European system approval has been available since 05/2008. Country-specific changes to the vehicle documents may be necessary. For the German market, for example, a TÜV certificate is required!
