Slip-On Line

Description

The lightweight exhaust system is made of high-quality titanium and features eye-catching carbon fiber tailpipes. With the exhaust valve - whose housing is cast in the Akrapovic foundry - the sound of the exhaust is richer and higher frequency than with the conventional material. A specially developed Y-split allows the streaming caused by the OPF to be reduced without compromising the pressure pulse distribution, providing a stronger sound and an optimal flow path. The design of the exhaust, which is lighter than stock due to the use of titanium, results in an optimization of power and torque across the entire rev range with a power increase of 3.3 kW at 5350 rpm and a torque increase of 5.9 Nm at 5300 rpm. The optimized exhaust gas flow path opens up tuning functions that can be taken to a higher level with the optional Evolution Link Pipe Sets (SS) to achieve a further increase in performance. To install the slip-on system, the standard exhaust system must be cut off. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation. The Akrapovič sound kit can be ordered as an option for the Slip-On Line (titanium). The Slip-On Line is suitable for model years 2011 - 2012.
