Stainless steel silencer with 2 black chrome-plated tailpipes and improved exhaust routing. The acoustics have been optimized in terms of sound quality and volume to further enhance the typical BMW 8-cylinder character. The silencer provides an outstanding, sporty sound both outside and inside the vehicle. The system was developed using the latest CAD and FEM technology and therefore has optimum fitting accuracy and high OEM quality. The M Performance silencer system may only be installed in conjunction with the standard rear apron, not in conjunction with the S337A M package and S715A M aerodynamic package.

The component clamping sleeve/pipe connector (ø 70 mm) offers the possibility of repairing a repair section on the exhaust system quickly and cost-effectively. Elaborate welding work and time-consuming fitting are no longer necessary. -Low installation costs: no additional work (e.g. welding) or special tools are required. -The clamping sleeves are made of stainless steel and are therefore absolutely corrosion and heat resistant. Simple installation: time-saving but still high-strength, highly resilient and absolutely gas-tight thanks to special technology. Double-walled with screw connection.
