Description

The patented bleeding system enables simplified filling and bleeding of the brake. -long service life -simple conversion: Instead of the standard bleed screw, the HP Race bleed valve is screwed into the brake cylinder -with road traffic approval -Patented bleeding system for filling and bleeding the brake: quick, easy, clean and safe: -easy brake fluid change, absolutely safe, in just a few steps -bleeding process without outside help in just a few minutes -bleeding system already successfully in use in motor sports as well as in aviation -absolute air-tightness during the entire venting and filling process: -The bleed valve consists of 2 parts with non-return function. When bleeding and filling, only the upper part of the valve is loosened, in which an O-ring is integrated. -No air penetration into the brake system via the thread during the bleeding process (thread remains closed). -100% braking performance by avoiding air in the braking system -risk of damage to caliper surface or painted parts due to escaping brake fluid during bleeding eliminated -Integrated check valve for one-man operation: -Elimination of the otherwise error-prone synchronous opening and closing of conventional bleeder screws. -In the event of a pressure drop, the bleeder valve closes automatically until the next bleeding pressure is reached. -Protects the thread in the brake caliper: The constant opening and closing of conventional bleeder screws during bleeding puts a lot of stress on the aluminum thread in the brake caliper. -The larger longitudinal bore prevents deposits or contamination compared to the conventional, small transverse bore.
