An external audio source (MP3 player, CD player, MD player or Walkman) can be operated via a connection socket (jack plug 3.5 mm) built into the glove compartment. This requires a BMW Radio Business CD (S661A) and a CD drive (S650A) from year of manufacture 09/2002. -Connection option for all external audio sources available on the market. -Easy and quick installation -Socket is mounted "invisibly" in the glove compartment. -Easy volume control via the standard radio. -Only audio signals can be played back. -Only the volume can be controlled via the multifunction steering wheel or the radio, no other functions such as changing stations or tracks, etc. -The connection cable between the external audio source and the auxiliary connection is not included in the scope of delivery (standard connection cable with 3.5 mm jack plug on both ends).
