The Snap-In Adapter Universal is suitable for all smartphones with a USB type C connection (USB-C). The USB-C connector is smaller than its predecessors and is installed in all newer devices. The new snap-in adapter can always be used if no specifically suitable snap-in adapter is available for the corresponding cell phone. Get in, insert, get going: With the Snap-In Adapter Universal, you can experience your personal communication and entertainment program from your cell phone directly in the vehicle. In addition to fast charging of the smartphone, it is also kept safe and stable by the retaining bracket. Inductive coupling with the external aerial ensures optimum network reception - even in areas with moderate to poor network coverage. A true all-rounder: The new Snap-In Adapter Universal is suitable for all cell phones with the new USB-C connector and therefore covers a wide range of new models from different manufacturers. -Elegant appearance: The mounting bracket is made of chrome and matt black plastic. These materials give it a particularly high-quality appearance. The elegant BMW lettering further enhances this feature. -The rubberized surface ensures that your cell phone is held securely and stably in the vehicle. -Easy to use: When setting up the adapter for the first time, the cable is plugged into the back of the adapter and then guided upwards via the cut-out. -The smartphone is now connected to the cable and then pushed under the retaining bracket. This lowers slowly and gently onto the device. The rubberized underside of the bracket prevents the display from being scratched. -The cable supplied has been specially developed by BMW with a precise fit in terms of its electrical properties.
