Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS)

Description

The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) was tested and developed together with the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system. The Evolution Link Pipe Set is primarily designed for the racetrack and opens up the sporty sound that the engine has to offer. With the removal of the OPF, the noise levels are increased and the frequency content improved, resulting in an enhanced sound. The change in performance is a noticeable factor - compared to the standard exhaust system - and the difference is noticeable from the driver and passenger perspective with a power increase of 5.1 kW and an additional torque of 12.5 Nm across the entire rev range. The back pressure is also significantly reduced by 95.2 percent at 5800 rpm, which opens up a whole new world of tuning possibilities. When installing the Akrapovič Evolution Link Pipe Set, which was developed for use on closed racetracks only, a modification of the ECU is mandatory in order to avoid possible warning signals, such as "Check Engine Light". The Akrapovič Sound Kit can be ordered as an option for the Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS). The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) is suitable for model years 2020 (F40) and 2019 - 2020 (F54 F60). This product can only be fitted to vehicles with the V-clamp connection between the standard downpipe and the link pipe.
