Its striking contours, featuring a flattened lower section, the red leather center mark, and the hand-stitched cross-stitch in silver-gray further enhance the steering wheel’s distinctive motorsport look. -Racing: With its striking geometry and extremely pronounced Alcantara grip area, the M Performance steering wheel conveys an immediate motorsport atmosphere. -Improved feel and grip: Alcantara is the perfect material for sport steering wheels. It provides optimal grip on the steering wheel in extreme driving situations and offers a consistently pleasant feel in all temperature conditions. Thanks to the additional padding, the Alcantara-covered area provides the necessary softness for optimal grip. -The special foam in the leather-covered areas accentuates the steering wheel’s distinctive contours and edges while still providing a comfortable feel. Technical Information: -Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Driving Assistant (SA 5AT or SA 5AU). -If installed with a heated steering wheel (SA 248), the heating function will be disabled. -The trim panel with the switch for the heated steering wheel can be used, but the switch will not function. Alternatively, a new trim panel without a cutout for the steering wheel heating switch can be ordered. Can only be installed in vehicles with a Sport automatic transmission (SA 2TB).
