Pure motorsport - the M Performance steering wheel. Extremely pronounced Alcantara grip area with large thumb rests and special padding for even better grip and a direct steering feel. The upper and lower sections feature striking edges and contours and are covered in high-quality Walknappa leather. The standard steering wheel cover, upholstered in Walknappa leather, fits perfectly into the lower flattened section and turns the steering wheel into a single element. The red motorsport marking in the 12 o'clock position made of leather and the silver-grey, hand-stitched cross-stitching round off the motorsport theme. -Racing: The M Performance steering wheel conveys an immediate motorsport atmosphere thanks to its striking geometry and the extremely pronounced grip area made of Alcantara. -Improved feel and grip: Alcantara is the perfect material for sports steering wheels. It provides optimum grip on the steering wheel in extreme driving situations and offers a consistently pleasant feel in all temperature conditions. Thanks to the additional padding, the Alcantara-covered area offers the necessary softness for optimum grip. Special foam in the leather-covered areas emphasizes the distinctive contours and edges of the steering wheel while still offering a pleasant feel. -Not suitable for vehicles with Driving Assistant Plus (SA 5AT). -When installed with steering wheel heating (SA 248), the heating function is omitted. The panel with the switch for the steering wheel heating can be used, but the switch remains without function. Alternatively, a new panel without a cut-out for the steering wheel heating switch can be ordered.
