The cable adapter for connection to the USB interface connects the Apple iPod™ or Apple iPhone™ to the vehicle. This enables playback of all music tracks stored in the iPod™/ iPhone™ as well as operation via the iDrive Controller, multifunction steering wheel or radio and track search by artist, album, playlist or genre on the on-board monitor or radio display. Only suitable for iPhone 4 and 4S, as well as all iPods with the 30-pin connector! -Thanks to the particularly robust design with full metal plugs and the adapted cable length, the adapter cable is ideal for use in the vehicle. -The electrical properties of the cable have been optimized for the various BMW radios. -The connected device is automatically charged during operation. -The adapted cable length enables a better connection quality. The die-cast aluminum plug branded with the BMW logo and the feel of the cable give the USB adapter a very high-quality appearance. -The USB adapter can also be used in vehicles from other manufacturers. -The adapter can also be used outside the vehicle, e.g. on a PC, laptop or stereo system.

Dieser spezieller USB-Adapter ist nicht teurer als ein Apple-Originalkabel passt aber aufgrund der Bauart und Länge besser im Auto. Die Metallstecker haften besser. Ich hoffe jetzt, dass ich keine iPod Verbindungsprobleme mehr haben werde. Tadellose und superschnelle Lieferung.
