The Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) was developed and tested together with the Slip-On Line (Titanium). The complex castings made of titanium were manufactured in the Akrapovic foundry. The lightweight and high quality alloys contribute to a significant weight reduction. The Evolution Link Pipe Set combined with the Slip-On Line Exhaust (Titanium) creates a system that offers the best possible listening experience in all driving modes. The sporty V8 sound with the unmistakable Akrapovic character produces no drone and is thus designed for maximum everyday comfort. With a cast collector on the connecting pipe where the gases from both sides of the engine mix, the connecting pipe ensures smooth gas flow and helps provide the perfect sound as an ideal upgrade for the Slip-On-Line (Titanium). With the installation of this optional accessory, the ECE type approval for the Slip-On-Line exhaust system (Titanium) is not valid and the remapping of the ECU is mandatory during installation. When installing the connecting pipe kit Akrapovic Evolution, the ECU must be reassigned to avoid possible warning signals to check the engine light. The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) is suitable for 2020 model year.
