Description
The trailer coupling with detachable ball head can be easily fitted and removed. When not in use, the ball head is stowed safely in the luggage compartment. The trailer stability control, a system integrated in the DSC, is activated via the socket at the rear. Depending on the engine, trailer loads of 2,700 kg to 3,500 kg are possible. Please note that the Smart Opener (SMO) is permanently deactivated on F86 models after retrofitting the trailer coupling. Furthermore, the towing eye is no longer fitted on all models as part of the retrofit.
