The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) was developed and tested together with the Slip-On Line (Titan). The Evolution Link Pipe Set extends the Slip-On System to an Evolution System. The Evolution Link Pipe Set is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel. It features a connection of two central link pipes, which replace the standard single-pipe version and allow an optimal flow of engine exhaust gases. Designed to increase power and torque and reduce overall weight, the set delivers a deep, sporty sound without unwanted drone frequencies, unleashing the pure sound of the straight six cylinder. After installing the Akrapovič Evolution Link Pipe Set, reprogramming of the ECU is required to prevent possible warning signals from the check engine light. The downpipe with Cat (SS) can be installed as an option. The Evolution Linke Pipe Set (SS) is only approved for vehicles with OPF/GPF. The system is suitable for vehicles built in 2018 - 2019 (340i) and 2018 - 2020 (440i).
