Description

With an Evolution Line titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic, your BMW will have even more power, less weight and a deeper, sportier sound. The exhaust system consists of a link pipe with resonators, an X-pipe and a silencer with dual-mode exhaust flap control to reduce back pressure and improve power delivery. The system improves power delivery, particularly in the upper and mid rev range. The dual-mode flap control produces a deeper but cultivated sound in the lower rev range and a sportier exhaust sound in the upper rev range, without droning frequencies. -Give the look the finishing touch with four 100 mm titanium tailpipes. -The stainless steel high-flow downpipes offer further tuning options. -ECU remapping is mandatory when installing optional Akrapovic aftermarket downpipes with sports catalytic converter, which are intended for use on closed circuits only. When installing an Akrapovic aftermarket exhaust system designed for use on closed tracks, we recommend ECU remapping to prevent the engine warning light from starting. -The tail pipe set (titanium) is required for installation. The system is suitable for vehicles built between 2009 and 2014.
