The wireless charging case enables the Apple iPhone 6 and 6s to be charged wirelessly. It enables charging in combination with all MINI Wireless Charging special equipment and Original MINI Accessories. The wireless charging case also offers the option of conveniently charging the iPhone with various inductive chargers available on the market. The iPhone is inserted into the one-piece, black Original MINI case for this purpose. -Wireless charging with charging current of up to 1 ampere. -Easy insertion and removal of the iPhone thanks to the flexible case (additional removable plug with the iPhone 7/7 Plus case). Shock-absorbing edges protect the iPhone. -Elegant design with printed BMW word mark and perfect fit for the Apple iPhone. -Pleasant feel (with soft-touch surface) -Compatible with all Qi-certified chargers (inductive energy transfer). -The iPhone 7 is charged as soon as it is inserted into the wireless charging case and placed on an inductive charging surface. -The wireless charging function is not integrated in Apple iPhones up to and including generation 7; in this case, the wireless charging case enables wireless charging of the smartphone. -The prerequisite for the charging function in BMW models is the optional equipment Telephony with Wireless Charging (SA6NW / SA6NV) or the Original BMW accessory product Wireless Charging tray. -Due to the technology, the cell phone heats up during wireless charging. -If the device heats up too much, the device may stop charging or the display may be dimmed or switched off.
