The new Alcantara knee pads also offer the sporty driver support during particularly dynamic cornering and serve as a comfortable element with a racing look on long journeys. The two products made from the motorsport materials carbon and Alcantara add the finishing touches to the vehicle interior. -Perfect BMW design with a particularly sporty effect: the carbon trims in a material mix with Alcantara perfectly complement the vehicle interior. -Manufacture: The material is professionally applied and processed by hand in an elaborate process. Each product is refined by hand and is unique. -Carbon motorsport material with a special feel: thanks to the high-quality production, the open-pored structure can be felt - high-tech you can touch. -The exclusive M Performance branding in brushed aluminum further enhances the trim. -The decorative strip on the passenger side is illuminated in vehicles with the Ambient light option. -Note Scope of delivery: I-panel trim with M Performance branding (partially not included with G42) Material: -Carbon open-pore: A layer of genuine carbon fiber is applied to a plastic carrier in elaborate manual work, sealed with a special filler and then finished with a satin matt protective lacquer. The structure of the carbon fiber thus remains open and tangible. Alcantara: The high-quality material used in racing conveys sportiness and modernity.
