Description
This exhaust system impresses with a revised design made from race-proven materials used in production, a high-quality, lightweight link pipe made from titanium, an inner silencer structure made from titanium and a redesigned end cap - all matched to an outer silencer shell made from carbon. The result is an exhaust system that is 23 percent lighter than the standard series version. At idle, the sound is full and intense, and while riding, the system offers a rich, full sound with the unmistakable Akrapovič character. It is possible to upgrade the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Carbon) by combining it with a choice of two optional headers - titanium and stainless steel. For those who wish to combine the system with the manifolds, an optional soundproofing insert is available. This EC/ECE-approved and Euro5-compliant product is easy to install as a plug-and-play system and does not require remapping. Installation of the optional manifold invalidates the EC/ECE type approval. The EC/ECE type approval certificate does not apply to the M 1000 R model. Suitable for BMW S 1000 R / M 1000 R 2021-2024.
